A man who snuck into the girls locker room at Talent Middle School has pleaded guilty to charges for taking photos of young students. According to police statements from the time, someone let year-old Curtis Bradley Stevenson into the school through a side door.
Stevenson was in the school for about an hour and a half, police said — spending most of that time in the girls locker room. School staff eventually found Stevenson and told him to leave, but did not know until they reviewed security footage that he had been in the locker room.
Police tracked Stevenson down in Ashland, allegedly finding him in possession of three pairs of girls underwear, an iPhone stolen from one of the students, drugs and drug paraphernalia. A later search of Stevenson's home recovered his own phone, which investigators Girls crook sex contained child pornography. Stevenson faced a laundry list of charges, split across several separate cases, some of which remain open.
Other charges were dismissed in an apparent plea deal. On Wednesday, Stevenson pleaded guilty to five counts for Attempting to Use in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct — the charges that arose directly from the photos he took of students in the Talent Middle School locker room.
